Whoo Hoo – another resource!

Last week I learned there are a bunch of articles about the RC hobby on suiteone.com. I started reading this one: http://rcvehicles.about.com/od/buying/bb/toy_to_hobby.htm, but if you go there you can see there are many to click on. And I scanned a few others. Some of it is obvious once you read it—like friends or kids playing with an RC vehicle, that each needs to be on a different frequency—but not sure I would’ve thought of it on my own. Anyway, this guy even has a free newsletter!

Here are some shots taken at a show I went to in Gardner, Kansas. Notice how the helicopter is flying upside down. It was really cool seeing these guys control their planes and copters. Thanks, Don, for lettin' me borrow your pics.

Just got a new helicopter!

I just bought myself a new helicopter. Is great but I crashed it trying to hover to close to the groung. Now I need more parts. I think I'll alot of different parts so that I can keep flying with out waiting days before I can fly again. Here is the info about my new helicopter. It's really fun, if you want to try an RC heli this is a good one.

Overview

I bought this same helicopter and crashed it right away. After that, I figured it out. I just had to buy a few new parts. The main part to buy is a couple extra props. I bought the metal head on top and it is much more stable. I really enjoyed this helicopter.
