BIG RC cars

The other day I stumbled across Quarter Scale RC cars. Any we’ve talked about before were 1/8, 1/10, 1/14 or 1/18 scale. These ¼ babies are big!

Here’s a collector’s site with lots of info, including pics of vehicles no longer made: Quarterscale Legends.

In Celina, Ohio there’s annual Quarter Scale RC Drag Racing. Over for this year, but there are some videos. In the Tri-Cities area of Washington state, races are in progress now—check out the Washington State Quarter Scale Website.

Quarter Scale Auto Club has an interesting FAQ on these bigger RC cars. Check out this organization's website for more stuff.

Would be fun to watch these, dontcha think?
